Mt. Vernon to file Article 78 over Charter School Approval
The New York State Board of Regents approved the Amani Charter School to open to accomodate 80 5th grade students. Mt. Vernon Board of Education who recently approved a new member to replace a member who moved to Pelham has decided to have their attorneys file an Article 78 to block the Charter School.
